This assigment includes a 5 page paper and a 5 slide powerpoint on a
specific neighborhood in Chicago, IL that focuses on the specific
needs of that community. The community health problems are lead
poisoning, teenage preganacy and gang violance. The focus of the paper
is to go collect data from this community and come up with a plan to
address these issues. I will provide the rubric and a previous paper
that give insight about this community. Must follow rubric specifically.
