3. Synthesize evidence: Compare and contrast the available sources to find similarities and differences in the various approaches taken.
4. Design the change: Apply the synthesized evidence to create a change in practice that reflects the new understanding.
You will write a 7-8 page paper presenting the evidence and drawing a conclusion of support to recommend a change of practice.
A reference page, listing the articles should also be included (this does not count toward your page limit). The paper should adhere to APA format (See Rubric and Attached Guidelines).
