Consider the company you wrote about in your discussion posts (Amazon Delivery Driver). In a two-page paper, address the following:
Research and then describe the organizational structure of one of the company’s major competitors, based on publicly available information.
Compare and contrast the current structure of your chosen company with the structure of its competitor.
Find the mission and vision statements for both companies, and then explain how their current structures are reflected in their respective strategies.
Based on your comparison, explain three current weaknesses of your company and recommend how they could be addressed through modifications in its structure.
Cite at least three sources to support your ideas. Use proper APA format.
