Define and explain Imperialism (New Manifest Destiny) in the 20th Century. Make sure to explain the racial, philosophical, economical and military expectations for Europe and America to become colonial imperialists. Also, which areas or regions did the Imperialists try to seize or actually seized? Make sure to give examples (i.e. Britain, United States) and the areas they colonize? Why did they choose those regions? Explain. BE VERY THOROUGH IN THIS ESSAY OPTION.
