Identify the various aspects of their culture. Are there any religious or other aspects that might inhibit a US business from operating in this cultural climate? Compare the countries based on the Hofstede/Globe scale and how they would be compatible (or not) with the US.

Does this country have any environmental regulations that might apply to a US company? Are they concerned with alternative fuels or emission standards? What is the stance of the government in each country on sustainability? Do they have an expectation of a company to have corporate social responsibilities?

Investigate which strategies might be useful in starting a business in this country. How would a US-based business think about entering into commerce in this country? Which method of entry would be most beneficial for entry and why?
