In the hospital where I work we are experiencing delayed new patient referral times since the start of the pandemic . We suspect it’s due to the switch to virtual appointments. We suspect that patients are not familiar with technology which is causing staff to have to troubleshoot. I’m wanting to study the computer literacy within this particular clinic by providing computer literacy surveys that will be answered by using a Likert scale. This proposal is fictional and does not have a to be completed just a proposal to do it.
