Conflict Assessment with the Mexican cartels versus the Mexican government

The class is about Civil Wars and the reasoning behind them.

This is a three part assignment. The first three are individual papers 4-6 pages.

I may be doing this wrong, but I felt it would be more concise if one writer could provide all of the work.

Would it be possible then to have the papers divided up?
