Assignment Question

The Consulting Project Proposal is designed as an opportunity to apply material learned during the course to real-world organizational problems. Students will take on the role of an I/O consultant working to secure a contract. The Project Proposal will identify and summarize the problems being addressed, proposed solutions, and the rationale for proposed solutions. The Project Proposal content must include information about proposed solutions to the problems and steps to implement solutions. Both solutions and implementation steps must be clearly grounded in specific IO concepts and strategies. Scoring: 1.

Format: 4 pages (the bibliography doesn’t count), 1.5 spaced, NY Times Roman 11 pt. font, same margins as a one pager. Heading with name, date, title of proposal. (5 pts.)

2. Problem Summation: Why is the issue a problem for the organization? How will the organization be affected if there is no action? What specific IO concepts and strategies are missing that are contributing to the problem? (35 pts.)

3. Solution: What changes are needed to address the problems? What specific IO concepts and strategies are used and how do they support the solution? How will the solutions be implemented (35 pts.)

4. Consultant Rationale: How will you lead the effort to implement solutions? Why are you the best choice to secure the contract?

The consultant rationale can be throughout the paper or at the beginning or end. (10 pts.) 5. Organization – Clear organization of ideas, thoughts, and concepts are expected. Grammar and spelling count and the paper is to be written in third person point of view (10 pt.) 6. Bibliography (APA style): Include four resources to support your proposal. You may use articles from the course. Resources must be cited in the text . the case study that i need to use is uploaded below
