In section 13.2.5 we learn about the four types of Consumer Products: Convenience, Shopping, Specialty, and Unsought. We also learn that not all goods are strictly tangible products or strictly intangible services, some offer elements of both.

If an item is tangible, you can touch it. If it is intangible, you cannot

In this two part assignment identify a product for each of the four categories of consumer products and explain how each product contains both tangible and intangible properties The products you choose must exemplify the definition of each product category.

Example:

Convenience: Latte at Starbuck. Tangible: can hold/drink the latte. Intangible: friendly note or drawing on the cup
