Contract Review Audit – Attribute Testing

You are a staff auditor for Con Tractors, Inc. Your team is working on a review of contract agreements with
third party outsource providers. Sally Arbeitsblatt, your senior auditor, was emailed a copy of Con Tractors’
Master Service Agreement (MSA) with the supplier Supp Lyre, LLC by Lori Yerr, General Counsel, on
(February 22nd). You have been assigned to review the MSA to ensure it meets Con Tractors’ requirements.

To assist you with this task, Sally has provided you with a lead sheet and supporting documentation from a prior
