its super easy, just reflect as thiugh it was you counselling the client in the video, pay attention to the counsellid feels, picks up sighs, vibes or feelings intuitively while gaging to flow of the interview, pays attention to clients cues, etc. Only a few questions for the cycle & journal, just answer it as though you were the counsellor and VOIOA! presto! your done!
