Assignment: The company you work for has to make temporary changes in work shifts due to cash flow and revenue. You are assigned to create a video that will supplement the COO’s verbal and written announcement (see below). Create a 2 minute video with no more than 5 slides basing your presentation on the information below. This presentation can be audio only meaning you do not have to show yourself in the video. This type of message is considered a “bad news” message but remember your tone is just as important as the message being displayed. Your voice should reflect a tone of empathy, goodwill and encouragement that this is just a temporary change. Your last slide and message should be one of encouragement that is relevant to the message and company.
