·
Create a
three-dimensional figure composed of 5-6 unit cubes. Illustrate it using an
online technology tool or with pencil and paper. (Search for “isometric drawing
tool” or “isometric paper.”) Be sure the perspective or point of view of your
illustration sufficiently shows its unit cube components. Post a screenshot,
image, or PDF of your figure.
·
Calculate and post the
exposed surface area of the figure. Assume the figure is suspended in the air,
so it does not have faces hidden by a surface on which it sits.
·
Draw a two-dimensional
net of the three-dimensional figure. Indicate folds with dotted lines and cuts
with solid lines.
·
Illustrate the figure
from a different perspective or point of view.
