AGLC referencing
THIS IS AN EXAM. I receive the question on the 17th of June 2021 at 2:00 pm then it is timed and i have 2.5 hours to submit it. So it will need to be submitted at 4:30pm that same day.
INSTRUCTIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
1- I need someone who is actively involved and will be available in the chat for those 2.5 hours so i can assist them with whats required in the question.
2- These are problem questions: so you will need to make sure your answering the question with the facts of the case and the theories.
3- This exam is made up of a single hypothetical fact situation and there will be 5 questions relating to it (worth 12 marks each question)
4- you must cite your sources: for example: instead of referencing “Trident General Insurance Co Ltd v McNiece Bros Pty (1988) 80 ALR 574, 586 (Brennan J) you may cite: “Brennan J in Trident”
5- Cases must be used
6- Referencing is AGLC – must footnote if you need to
5- i have attached a template named: Final exam info- please read carefully as it has the instructions on there and the topics that will be in the exam.
6- i have attached notes you can use on the theories in class from criminal procedure and evidence.
