You should base your review on topics such as the following (This is not a complete list, nor should you include all of them. These are just suggestions):
Has it been successful in increasing the number of community college graduates? Provide your opinion on why or why it has not been successful.
Do the various reports and agencies provide a sufficient outline of how to increase completion rates? If so, are community colleges answering or ignoring this call for reform?
Finally, I know we have obviously read a great deal about how to increase completion rates, but do you have suggestions that havent been mentioned? What do you think needs to happen to increase completion rates in two-year colleges around this country?
