Case 5: CrossFit at the Crossroads (pp. C-63-79). Read the case and use the entire case analysis framework for your analysis report. You will submit a written case analysis report. This report needs to be single-spaced, Calibri size 12 font.
IMPORTANT: Make sure to read the case attached and use the rubric attached as the outline of the paper. The professor wants everything from the rubric included in the paper. For example: Strategic profile and case analysis, external situation analysis, internal situation analysis, SWOT analysis, strategy formulation, strategic alternative implementation, and process issues (See rubric ATTACHED for more details). Also, make sure to write the analysis on CrossFit based on the time the case was written, NOT CrossFit TODAY.
