Topic: Deforestation in the Amazon in Brazil

Instructions:

You should include a tentative research question at the close of your paragraph. This research question should be rather specific. For example, an appropriate research question is NOT: What changes can the Biden administration make to immigration policy to make the process more humane? Instead, an appropriate research question would narrow the topic of investigation: What changes can the Biden administration make to immigration policy to decrease the number of migrant children that must be held in detention centers along the border? (worth 5 points)

Finally, provide a link to secondary source about your topic. A secondary source is a source that appears in a peer-reviewed academic journal or book. It should be a work of original research by a scholar that features a thesis built upon the analysis of primary source data. I ask you to do so in case you struggle to find an appropriate secondary source. I will have plenty of time to assist you in preparation for the Annotated Bibliography and Final Op-Ed Paper.
