CIS 2321 RESEARCH PAPER (160 Points for 3 parts)
Your Research Paper is an individual assignment, should be approximately 10-12 double-spaced pages in length, and should focus on one of the major themes/issues/concerns discussed in the course.
The paper MUST follow the American Psychological Association (APA) guidelines with supportive evidence from a variety of sources, such as articles from peer reviewed academic journals, books, white papers, practitioner journals and so forth. Please do not use Wikipedia. When in doubt as to which sources are acceptable, please ask your instructor or the LSSC librarian. Also, consider using charts/tables and diagrams/models/frameworks where appropriate.
There is a plethora of APA formatting guides and samples in the Research Paper folder. Also be sure to visit the LSSC Library or the Purdue University OWL site.
This paper will be completed in three phases over the course of the semester:
You are required to submit a complete outline with annotated bibliography at the end of Week 4 (30 points).

Introduction

Applications / Recommendations
Conclusion / Summary
Annotated bibliography of at least 5 sources to be used
