You may have to find a few specific tribal websites and look for programs that may be efforts towards Decolonization. I suggest looking for Tribal Courts that use Peacemaking programs, Tribal Language programs, or traditional foods programs.
The goal is to find a Tribe or Organization that providing a program that results in Decolonization efforts that impact the level of criminal activity or victimization among tribal people.
