Carefully read and analyze the readings presented in this course. Synthesize information from all three of the sources, and incorporate that information into a coherent, well-developed essay, by choosing from one of the following prompts:

Compare and contrast the way each source approaches the concept of connection.
Make sure that your argument (thesis) is central. Use the sources to illustrate and support your reasoning. Avoid merely summarizing the sources; I’m more interested in your thoughts regarding the sources. Merely summarizing, will result in a low grade.
Clearly indicate which sources you are using. You must include quotes from the readings with In-Text Citations, and a Works Cited page of your sources (major points will be deducted if these two items are not formatted correctly in MLA format; see Rubric). Although this essay may require you to write more than three body paragraphs, you will still follow the format of the 5 body paragraph essay. This essay must be at least 1300 words. This essay may not be written in 1st or 2nd person.
