Define essential service and continuity of operations

Congratulations, you have received a contract to develop an emergency plan for a local business or organization of your choosing.
Sadly, the organization you are working for has only provided you with the following documentation (see attached). It appears to be a very rudimentary planned document. For some reason, the template writer was unsure if they wanted to use ICS, BCEM, or IMS.
Based on your knowledge about EOC, you will reform the EOC plan and include the relevant information.
– EOC activation levels
– Roles and responsibilities of EOC members
– Use the template and remove or add improvements to the template to best represent your organization
Remember the EOC plan needs to
– Define the function and roles
– Direct the Incident / support the incident response
– Define essential service and continuity of operations
– Define the area command exercised from the EOC
The following link will provide you with guidance on the role of the EOC. https://www.emergencymanagementontario.ca/english/emcommunity/program_resources/eoc/ims_eoc_guidelines.html
