This assignment is a predominately visual presentation (not an essay) that is designed to communicate to a community audience (someone who is not studying social enterprise or organizational studies). You will be producing a short powerpoint or Prezi (https://prezi.com/signup/basic/) that demonstrates the following points:
1. An introduction that briefly includes the purpose of the assignment or “what I am going to tell you”.
2. You will not only define social entrepreneurship and social enterprise, but provide examples that a community audience would understand to characterize each.
3. Address the confusion in the literature/media between the two definitions and your thoughts as to why that is.
4. Provide a conclusion that summarizes your final thoughts- make sure to reflect on the things you put in the introduction as the promise to tell you something- did you?
5. Make sure to attach a final slide that includes a reference list in APA format. You do not need to do any in-text citations in your presentation as your audience is not academic.
