The textbook describe a number of different ways in which people (including everyone from “normal” citizens to US Supreme Court justices) believe is the correct way to read the Constitution. Two of the main schools of thought on this are people who read it in a “strict construction” manner and people who read it in a “loose construction” manner. In your discussion post, describe these two schools of thought. Which one do you personally think is a better answer to the question of how to read the Constitution? Why do you think so?
