All
nurses have had positive and negative experiences with nursing leadership. The
most important “take away” is that we learn from these experiences.

discussion. Information is factually correct, reflective, and substantive
contribution which advances discussion.***

A
minimum of 3 references needed:

Must contain at least three, current
(within the last five years), professional nursing journals, peer-reviewed,
research references are required.

Give a brief statement of the topic of your
Literature Review (Impact of Daily
Self-Medication of Low-Dose Aspirin for Females at Least 55 Years) from Principles of
Nursing Research, the facility policy to which you will relate this topic
(Cardiovascular, vascular, and thoracic surgery clinic), and your intentions
for the project (write a new policy, revise a current policy, offer an
education refresher for a policy that requires better implementation…)
