The goal of your personal application/reflection
paper is to help you keep a record of your progress in the course and as an
interpersonal communicator. The specific course goals that are met through this
project are personal applications and reflection of your understanding of the
course.

your textbook and a minimum of two (2) additional scholarly sources to support
what you write. Since this is a
reflection paper, write the paper in the first, second, or third person.
