“Church Growing Pains” handout personnel scenario (attached), you must present a
plan/recommendation to Pastor Wanda Moore and the entire FCC Congregation at
the next church meeting (April 8, 2022)

Define the
criteria by which policies and procedures are created that outline effective
personnel administration.
Describe a
process for legally and efficiently employing an individual.
Describe a
process for integrating a new employee into the church or organizational
structure.
Define the
elements of a salary plan & develop a scheme for fairly and legally providing
for the fiscal and fringe benefit needs of the employee.
Outline a process
for evaluating an individual’s performance and describe the steps to be taken
to ensure expected performance is provided.

Include Charts (church
admin circles with God as the center circle – all circles overlap each other)
Include Videos
and other infographics.
Review the
concepts in the Church Administration text and incorporate as much as is
appropriate to address the concerns/problems of your final project. The
specific chapter for this project is chapter 5 but feel free to use concepts
from any of the other chapters as well.
You must reference
at least 4 sources other than the Church Administration text.
