Describe (briefly) an interesting diagnosis you have seen/heard thus far in this semester’s
rotation. Were you surprised with the final diagnosis assigned by the preceptor? The location is a GYN/OB office (Women’s health office).
**Definition of Clinical Pearl- small bits of free-standing, clinically relevant information based on
experience or observation. They are part of the vast domain of experience-based medicine and can be
helpful in dealing with clinical problems for which controlled data may not exist.
