Research Florida’s hate crime law. Next, pick a state (any state other than Florida) and research their hate crime law. Describe each law (how do each define a hate crime, types of offenses covered under the law, etc.). Are there similarities? How about differences? If so, why do you think these similarities and/or differences exist? Give at least 2 reasons and explain your reasoning.
