Describe how biological, social, and cultural factors can impact learning and development. Please address each of these factors separately and comprehensively.

There are many factors that influence children and their development, including biological, social, and cultural factors. We need to have a solid understanding of not only of what the factors might include, but also how the role of the teacher can support children in overcoming any factors that might impact their learning and development. In addition, we must have teaching strategies that we can implement as a part of our role and understand how to capture those “teachable moments” as they happen in the classroom.
