Describe how the author conducted her or his research.

You are to select a scholarly communication article from an academic research journal (see the list below), published within the last five years. In a full, two to three page write up that abstracts the most important components of the article, please address the following:
1. Give a full citation for the article using APA or MLA publication format. (If you are not familiar with the structure of these citation styles, check at the library, the bookstore, or on the World Wide Web for the latest versions produced by the American Psychological Association (APA) or the Modern Languages Association (MLA).)
2. Clearly state and explain the hypothesis or research question(s) that drive the author’s study. In other words, what communication aspects does the author deal with? (E.g. The author’s main research question was “how do different genders and ages perceive the news of death.” The communication aspects the author deals with is perception and understanding by comparing both genders and different ages.)
3. Describe how the author conducted her or his research.
