Unit 1 DB: Effective Leadership Exploration
In this discussion, we will explore your ideas and assumptions about leadership using images. Your goal is to select an image that represents your ideal leader and/or your personal theory of leadership. You will then reflect on your image to help you understand your expectations of leaders. For example, viewing leaders as facilitators present a considerably different image from viewing them as parents.
First, select an image that represents your ideal leader and/or your personal theory of leadership and share and describe it in your post.*
Your description should include three parts:
Describe the image.
Describe four characteristics revealed by the photo that relates to why you chose it.
Describe how the image connects to you as a leader, focusing on your strengths and weaknesses.
