The paper is a documentation of your journey towards antiracism, racial equity, and social justice in your daily life and practice
and where you go from here as s social worker.

Ensure that your paper or project addresses the following questions:
1. Reflect on your positionality (who you are, influences how you see and experience the world and influences you as a social
worker). How does your positionality intersect with intersectional understandings of racism?
2. Reflect on where you have been in relation to racism (have been affected by racism, racist experiences, etc.). In what ways
were you consciously, or not, reifying, resisting, and disrupting racism? What shifts, if any, have occurred?
