Describe the current status of presidential power, aka the “Modern Presidency,” and Congressional Power. Which responsibilities were delegated to which branch by the framers? How have the responsibilities for each branch changed over time, if at all? In your opinion (backed up with sources), has the role of the president, and the power of the executive branch grown too large, is it too weak, or is it just as it ought to be? What about Congress? Are they too powerful, not powerful enough, or somewhere in between?
