Specific actions needed to achieve the strategies
A timeline for completion and a Key Performance Indicator to be used to measure success for each action.
Write a one-page executive summary to introduce your company and its strategic plan.
Follow this format for the strategic plan (4-5 pages total / ~1,500 words):
