emergency managers should take during preparedness – in light of lessons
learned – to increase the resiliency of people/communities so they can have
beer outcomes in disaster recovery. Explain how those actions might impact not
only the general public but vulnerable populations.

one tool that you would put in your “recovery in a box” if you where an emergency manager Explain why you would
utilize this tool and how this tool would help the local community become
recovery experts. Include any positive potential impact on vulnerable populations.
