There are numerous theories that can be used to inform a strategic communications plan. Analyze various theories and “capsulize” them by doing the following:
Read the articles below from your assigned readings.
“Stakeholder Communication in Service Implementation Networks: Expanding Relationship Management Theory to the Nonprofit Sector Through Organizational Network Analysis.”
“Organizational Disruptions and Triggers for Divergent Sensemaking.”
After reading the two articles, in 500- words for each article, do the following:
1. Provide an APA reference note.
2. Explain the purpose of study.
3. Describe the theory being used.
4. Describe the methodology including sample (people, organization, context, etc), study design, and procedures.
5. Describe the results.
6. Provide a personal reaction to the article.
7. Explain what we can learn about strategic communication from this article.
8. Use proper mechanics and grammar.
