Renewable Energy Memo
For this lesson, I want to know what type of renewable options are available locally, or the place you lived prior to starting this program. If you are living in the US, this should be at the state or local level; if you are an international student or living outside the US, please try to find information at a local scale but this could be a national look.
Please investigate two things.
First, describe the portfolio of energy generation (supply) in your location (i.e. how much is various types of fossil fuels and renewables).
Second, describe demand (industry and/or purpose) for energy in your location.
Once you’ve investigated both of these, please write up into a 1-page memo.
