Describe the process for determining a child eligible for early intervention services, explain the five domains for developmental evaluation and the use of at risk and clinical judgment in the infant toddler services and eligibility screenings for 3 to 5, preschool.

Write a paper citing a minimum of five resources gathered from the library’s database (see “Required Text and Materials” #3 and #4 in the beginning of the syllabus). Additional information and related documents will be posted in Session 8 of the course content on Brightspace. The paper should integrate student’s learned knowledge from the course with current trends, where applicable. The paper should address the following:

1. Outline the transdisciplinary teams and family-based practices in early intervention.
2. Describe the process for determining a child eligible for early intervention services, explain the five domains for developmental evaluation and the use of at risk and clinical judgment in the infant toddler services and eligibility screenings for 3 to 5, preschool.
3. Identify effective communication strategies in order to provide early intervention as part of a transdisciplinary team (that includes the parents); as well as the role of community partners in early intervention.
4. Compare Infant Toddler and Preschool collaborative services in Pennsylvania.
