* Academic Goal:
– Based on MAP testing scores, I will target to raise student’s reading and math skills at grade level by 10% growth in their RIT scores.
*Non-Academic Goal:
-I will promote Yupik norms and values by organizing one community-based event each semester to encourage positive behavior among students and staff.
