Getting Started
This activity will focus on “determining” the client’s goals. More specifically, you will need to list and briefly describe all of the client’s problem areas (see writer’s 3 examples below). Within each selected problem area, you will need to specify the target problems to be addressed by the intervention (target problems should be very specific). Next, you need to state the intervention goal. The goal should be stated in a general sense and should be directly related to the selected problem area. Next, within the intervention goal, you will need to specify the intervention objectives. Intervention objectives should be very specific and measurable. Finally, you will need to describe the specific intervention that will be used for each for each goal and objective.
