Describe the threat to entry using Porter’s Five Forces Framework (including the chart).

Using techniques, information, and concepts learned and discussed in class, each student is expected to conduct a fictitious needs assessment around developing a new health care service in Middleboro or Hillsboro County using information from the casebook. The new or expanded service should be from one of the following:
· Expansion of the Middleboro Community mental health center to a second site (# 4)
The paper should be 15–20 pages long (including charts, graphs, exhibits, and Porter’s Five)
and should include:
· Organizational structure, including the governing board.
· Mission, vision, and value statements for the organization
· Type of service(s) created/your objective
· Environmental assessment
· Service area analysis
· Describe the threat to entry using Porter’s Five Forces Framework (including the chart)
· Identify the process or method for identifying your need (chapter 7 in the text book). Explain why you chose that process or method.
· Once you have identified your direction, create 3 objectives and develop action plans to obtain that objective. Consider the concepts from week 5 in developing your objectives and action plans.
· Internal and external communications strategy (chapter 10).

The case studies #1, #4, #9 that are needed to be included in this are from the Middleboro Casebook.
Chapter 7 and Chapter 10 that need to be referred too are from the Strategic Management of healthcare textbook.
The final document is the essay that I have already written but need help finishing/editing.
