As you begin to propose evidence-based recommendation to address the problem your supervisor has charged you with resolving, you need to identify key stakeholders. It is important to determine how diverse groups are impacted by the problem and what their perspectives are likely to be concerning the problem.
The purpose of this assignment is to demonstrate your mastery of the following BHS program outcome:
PO3: Integrate knowledge of culture and an appreciation of diversity in assessment of needs and delivery of health services.
Describe the unique needs and perspectives of two distinct stakeholder groups impacted by the issue you are addressing. Write an analysis paper that addresses the following:
Describe the two diverse stakeholder groups you have chosen. Provide information on key characteristics, including demographics, of each group.
Describe how each stakeholder group is likely to be impacted by the problem.
Analyze each group’s perspective on potential impacts of proposed solutions (based on what you have found in the evidence base) and what their main concerns would likely be.

Include a minimum of two credible references for each of the two stakeholder groups. Please review your portfolio for useful references you already have and then supplement as needed.
