1. Review Figure 12-1 (page 379 of the text) titled, “Taskwork Processes.” What are task work processes, and what are some examples of team activities that far into this process. Finally, discuss if it is possible to focus on only one factor or if each factor affects the others, and in turn affects the final outcome of process gain or process loss.

2. Describe transactional leadership and transformational leadership in your own words. What is the difference between these two styles of leadership? Where do you fall on this continuum? Using a scholarly (or practitioner) research article find ways that transformational leadership is helping leaders grow and be more successful. Discuss any trait correlations that are found to be useful in becoming a transformational leader.
