a family map with detailed subsystems, boundaries between subsystems,
and interactive patterns such as coalitions, conflict, and avoidance.
Refer to Maurer Chapter 13 for further information regarding a family
map. (Maurer ch 13. Figure 13-2). (Example map available in course
shell.)
Summarize
the family relationships and the information depicted in the map. (200-300
words)
Include
a key to identify symbols or pictures used.

2. Creating the Eco Map:
Determine Factors outside of the family.
Create
an eco-map to identify the family’s relationships with significant
community resources, activities, and agencies they use. Refer to Maurer Chapter
13 for further information regarding an eco-map. (Maurer ch 13. Figure
13-4)
Summarize
the family eco-map and resources as noted, being sure to review the
strength of the connections. Are these connections strong, tenuous, or
stressful? (200 – 300 words)

Identify services: Differentiating home or community health services in a
family setting

would be considered home or community health services that are available to
