MGT 420: Teams and Quality Management

This is an individual assignment. Write a research paper involving an issue typically related to teams. I have listed tentopics below, and you can choose any of these topics to analyze.
The paper will consist of a title page, 5 to 6 pages of body, and a Reference page to list your works cited. The paper will be double spaced, 12-point font, 1-inch margin, using Times NewRoman. It should be supported by a minimum of five (5) work cited sources.
The deadline for this project is June 20th. The paper should be uploaded on or before the due date. Late work will not be accepted. Please refer to the rubric below to know what will be expected from the paper in terms of quality.
IMPORTANT: The paper will be checked for plagiarism via Turnitin. A high similarity score will negatively impact your grade. Therefore, please paraphrase instead of copy/pasting the sentences from other sources, and make sure that you use proper citations, references, and quotes.
