Identify an industry.
Within that industry, identify two companies that have used Corporate level strategies as a result of Covid.
Identify the Corporate level strategy each company used (Concentration, Vertical Integration, Diversification, Getting Smaller). Did using that corporate level strategy make the company more successful or have the desired outcome?
BE SPECIFIC. Do not just say company X used Concentration strategies. What type of concentration strategy did company X use (market development, product development, etc.)
