The purpose of this assignment is to help you reflect on your personal motivation for pursuing an online degree. Everyone has a different reason why they want to pursue a degree. In this journal, consider your reasons why you decided to pursue your degree. Only you and your instructor will see this information.
Below are some prompts that will help you articulate the reasons why you decided to pursue your degree. Be specific and detailed as you answer each prompt (minimum 2 sentences per prompt). While this journal may be informal you must still write in a professional manner, paying close attention to spelling and grammar.

What outcomes do you want to achieve upon receiving your degree? A higher salary? A better job? Move to a particular town or city?
Who will you invite to graduation when you complete your degree? Why is it important that that person (or people) are there?
Discuss at least 2 ways you can keep motivated and engaged with your online classes.
