Did you you engage with your peers on Slack or via email, or through another channel?

From our syllabus:
“Class participation is required. Peer-to-peer learning through class participation is a key benefit of this course. Business people spend much of their day engaged in professional, practiced, strategic discussions. Because of this emphasis on communication, refining and developing your communication skills is a high priority. Think about our class forums as a place you can practice this most important skill by interacting with other students [grad assistants and your professor]. Students will be expected to reflect and evaluate their participation – in writing – at the end of the course.”
Undoubtedly, this semester was a bit unusual (COVID, online…)…so, take that into consideration when evaluating yourself, but spend some time thinking about your participation (level of involvement, participation…) in class. Did you you engage with your peers on Slack or via email, or through another channel? What grade would you assign yourself (0 to 100)? Provide examples to support. If it’s not 100, what would/could you do differently next time?
***if you don’t feel good about your participation, there are two more opportunities to nail it on Slack and boost your evaluation***

Participation Self-Assessment
One of the primary reasons self-assessments are built into MKT 313 is to provide experience with self-evaluation. There’s a strong likelihood you’ll be asked to evaluate yourself in a future job – so, it’s good practice. It also provides me/GAs with another data point to assess your course performance, which is more important this semester than ever since the classroom landscape was so
