Disaster cycle paper in Pandemics

Select any pandemic in the past 200 years. Prepare a 6 to 8-page paper that uses your example(s) to address the disaster cycle’s four phases (Mitigation, Preparedness, Response, and Recovery). Use peer-reviewed articles and journals to find examples of your selected humanitarian event that illustrate how each stage was either successfully or unsuccessfully addressed. Find examples that illustrate how each stage was successfully or unsuccessfully addressed by the agency or agencies involved. Explain why you feel that the particular stage was or was not addressed in your cited example.
