Chapter 9 considers the area of discretion within the judicial system. Specifically, how is discretion used by defense attorneys, prosecutors, judges, and forensic science personnel. So, what do you think of defense attorneys? Are they ethical? How about prosecutors or better known to us as District Attorneys?
